This form ensures your name is properly recorded for inclusion in upcoming elections or appointments, in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and Florida Statute requirements.

Need documents for a sale, refinance, or closing?
All estoppel certificates, lender questionnaires, and other association-related closing documents for Ironwood Fifteenth Condominium Association, Inc. are processed quickly and securely through our authorized document provider, HomeWiseDocs.
To submit a request, simply click the HomeWiseDocs icon below. You’ll be able to place your order, submit payment, upload any required information, and track the status of your request electronically from start to finish.

Future Residents / Tenants
Welcome to Ironwood Fifteenth Condominium Association. We’re pleased you’re interested in becoming part of our community.
All prospective residents and tenants must complete an application before moving into the community. The application allows the Board of Directors to review and approve each applicant in accordance with Ironwood’s governing documents.
Application Process
Complete the online application by clicking the button below.
Upload all requested documentation and identification.
Pay the $100 non-refundable application fee, plus a $32 background check fee per applicant.
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
The review process generally takes several business days but may vary depending on board availability.
You will be notified in writing once a decision has been made.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is approved or denied.
