Instructions for Owners

All exterior modifications, additions, or alterations must be submitted for review and approval before any work begins. This ensures compliance with Ironwood’s governing documents and helps maintain the aesthetics and value of the community.

How to Submit an ARC Request:

Complete the ARC Request Form (below).
Provide detailed information, including plans, photos, color samples, or material specifications.
Submit your request to Management by clicking submit.
Review Timeline: The Board typically reviews ARC requests within approximately 5 days, though the timeframe may be shorter or longer depending on the circumstances.
- Emergency Exception: In the case of an emergency repair, requests may be handled differently, provided the person performing the work is properly licensed.
You will receive written notification of approval, conditional approval, or denial.
Do not begin work until you have received written approval.

⚠️ Important: Work completed without ARC approval may result in violation notices, fines, or required removal/restoration at the owner’s expense.
